Affordable Loan Products
The biggest part of buying a home is the financing, and Clinch-Powell RC&D can help. We work with USDA
Rural housing Services to help low and moderate income families apply for low-interest loans. We work with local banks
to help moderate income families apply for THDA low-interest loan products. Interest rates on these loans range from
6.5% to as low a 0%. Please contact us regarding the best financing options for you.
Renovation of current homes- The housing preservation loan program.
Many of the homes in our area are dilapitated and require serious work to repair problems that
may be seen as a health hazard. The Clinch-Powell Home Team can help with low-interest renovation loans through
a Housing and Preservation Grant from USDA Rural Housing Services and a Rural Housing and Economic Development Grant from HUD. The RC&D offers
low-interest loans to eligible homeowners in Enterprise Community area. If you know someone that might qualify, please ask them
to contact the RC&D office at 800-814-6355 or at cprcd@clinchpowell.net.
