NEW!Foreclosure Prevention Assistance Tazewell Mutual Self-Help ProgramClinch-Powell Home TeamEven with today's low interest rates, the dream of home ownership is out of reach for many families. Not because they can't make the monthly mortgage payments - many families already pay as much or more for rent than they would pay with a house payment. The expense of a down payment and closing cost, bad or no credit, the lack of affordable homes in the area and the complicated homebuying process can all prevent potential homeowers from owning a home. The Home Team will help families into home ownership in a variety of ways.
If you would like more information about any of these items, please contact us at 1-800-814-6355, email us at chris@clinchpowell.org, or continue to explore this web site.
